Why is the estimated delivery 45 days?
To ensure an unparalleled sensory experience, each OIIXO device undergoes a dedicated Mastering Phase. This includes the high-fidelity calibration of our integrated ASMR soundscapes and the bespoke blending of our Aroma Capsules. This process, combined with international transit, ensures your device arrives in perfect harmony.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your device enters the technical customization stage, and the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Are the Aroma Capsules refillable?
The Aroma Capsules are designed as a sealed, mess-free system to maintain scent purity. Once a capsule is exhausted, it can be easily replaced with a new scent from our collection.
