1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Bespoke Mastering & Customization

OIIXO X1 is a specialized sensory device. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your device will enter a Mastering Phase, which involves the precision calibration of ASMR soundscapes and the blending of Aroma Capsules.

Because each unit is part of a dedicated sensory batch, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, the customization process is considered active.

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We aim for excellence, not just speed. Our current estimated delivery window is approximately 45 days. This timeframe accounts for the necessary technical mastering of your device and international logistics from our facility.

While we strive to meet these estimates, OIIXO is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

5. User Feedback & Sensory Data

If you send specific creative ideas, suggestions, or sensory preferences (for example, regarding ASMR styles), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those materials. We remain committed to our Privacy Policy and will never leak your personal identity or sensitive information.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the region where Wuhan Pawprint Echo Technology Co., Ltd. is registered.
